I'm Baack!

Its been more than a month since my last post here. I've been busy and I had a problem with my ISP, thanks to pathetic Globelines! Supervisor avoiding calls and putting you on hold for the longest time. Globelines should be more stricter when it comes to hiring staff. So after almost a month of service problem from Globelines, here I am. Disgusted, dissappointed but still alive.

Enough of ranting, I came from a trip yesterday and it was a hell lot of fun! I'm still suffering from hangover, I think, 'cause my head is still throbbing in pain as of this moment. I would love to post the photos that I took during last night's affair, but I think I should spare myself of my dignity! Haha Its already October, its my birthday month! Another increment on my age but I'm not worried. There are so many things that I am very thankful for. My age is the least of my worries. Watch out for my post. I have to organize my photos first, I've been lazy to organize my stuff lately. Tryin' to wade off my OC-ness! Peace everyone!

Strawberry Fields Forever

I'm not really a fan of strawberry but it surely catches my attention every time I see one! The fruit bears a deep red color when ripe and its so eye-catching especially looking at it from its plantation. This photo was taken from La Trinidad in Benguet. There are acres and acres of land dedicated to this cutesy fruit. The province is known to be the primary supplier of strawberries here in our country. I like strawberry jam with suman! I've tried it from one of our trips to San Juan, La Union where we visited some of my relatives. I was hesitant at first when they offered me the suman and the strawberry jam. It won my taste bud!

Free Treats Anyone??

This photo was taken at a pizza joint in Buendia (you can tell from the freebie to what pizza joint I'm reffering to...hehe). Before we took the long trip to Batangas, we decided to eat first. What made this stop memorable was when we realized that there were stray hairs on our pizza when there were only two slices left! So we called the manager's attention and reported it... They gave us a new pizza! We got so full that we asked if we can have the remaining pizza for take-out... they happily said "sure sir!"

Funny!

This photo was taken during our vacation to Laiya, Batangas. We were supposed to go to Puerto Galera, but because it was impossible to travel by boat because of the typhoon, we ended up staying in Batangas instead. This particular photo features my friends Ryan and Oliver. What a passionate kiss! Hehe Oliver was unaware when we took this photo.

My Niece, Anika Mae

Our baby Anika is already 3-week old this Thursday. She is truly a blessing for us! She has brought immeasurable joy to our family. Me and my brothers, especially Anika's dad, matured immensely in the past weeks. I have to admit, I am one lazy bastard here in our house, but now I do the laundry and manage the kitchen most of the time! What a big change a little girl can do! I wish that she would grow strong and independent. We can't wait to see her grow!

Aquino Cousins

My eldest cousin Tristan got married last May of this year. He is the first among our generation of Aquinos to get married. The event was an opportunity for us to have a get together and celebrate this memorable event. I got an opportunity to take pictures of this event and the photo here was one one of them. These are my cousins Inno, Noni and my younger brother Allan.

I am already 26 and marriage is still far from my plans. Most of my peers are somehow thinking of getting married already though only few will admit it. At this age, most people are already planning of building a family, well I am not. I am yet to fulfill my goals and I am not ready to take on such big responsibility. I want to engage on this topic when I know I am ready. I will make sure I am ready when the time comes. So for now, I'll enjoy looking at other people's wedding like this.

For the Adobe Photoshop Afficionados

Adobe released a new icon for their Adobe Photoshop product. They now have a new tagline "See What's Possible." I am a fan of Adobe Photoshop since its early versions. I think I still have my version 7 installer somewhere in my room. I am currently using a CS2 version in my Powerbook. The newer version, CS3, comes in 2 flavors, the full installation version and the portable version. I love using Photoshop mostly for editing pictures and manipulations.
